1. Return Policy
You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if you receive:
- A defective or non-functional device
- A device with major cosmetic damage (beyond normal refurbished condition)
- A wrong item (model, color, or variant different from what was ordered)
Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Issues caused by improper use, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs
- Software-related issues that can be fixed with updates or resets
2. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days if the device has a functional issue.
Exchange will be provided for:
- A product with defective hardware
- A product with major performance issues
The exchanged product must be of the same model or price range (subject to availability).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Warranty & Support
