You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if you receive:

  • A device with major cosmetic damage (beyond normal refurbished condition)
  • A wrong item (model, color, or variant different from what was ordered)

Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Issues caused by improper use, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange will be provided for:
